Dr. Brian Job Wins Japan’s Foreign Minister’s Commendation



Congratulations to Brian Job, Professor of Political Science and SPPGA Faculty Associate, on receiving a Foreign Minister’s Commendation 2018 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. The Foreign Minister’s Commendations are awarded to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in international fields, in order to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries and areas.

On February 13, 2019 Professor Job was honoured at a ceremony and reception at the Japanese Consulate General. He was awarded the Commendation for the work he has pursued with Japanese colleagues on the issue of security and cooperation between Canada and Japan over many years.
