Effective September 1st, Paul Evans is serving as the Interim Research Director of the Institute of Asian Research and the Interim Associate Director of the UBC School of Public Policy and Global Affairs. The position he describes as Chargé d’Affaires will last for a few months as the Institute transitions into its new role inside the School.
