Policy@UBC Visit by Nicolas Chapuis, Ambassador of France to Canada

Nicolas Chapuis, Ambassador of France to Canada, met with MPPGA Co-Directors Yves Tiberghien and Moura Quayle, alongside UBC President Martha Piper, VP Research and International John Hepburn and various China scholars on March 4th. Ambassador Chapuis also gave an engaging public talk on how consensus was reached at the COP21 Paris Agreement.
