Clinton Mix

MPPGA Student, 2019 Cohort

About

Clinton recently graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan with a BA in political science. His learning under one specific professor sparked his passion for Canada’s role in global human security and corporate social responsibility, leading to his interest in how policy could address these issues. Clinton worked on the executive committee of the UBCO Debate Society and Political Science Student Association, participating in and organizing debates and discussions. While living in Kelowna, he spent time volunteering with Restorative Justice and the Okanagan Boys and Girls Club which taught him the powerful effects top-down policy can make at a local level. Clinton is excited to use the skills he will learn at the MPPGA program to tackle current and future policy issues in Canada and abroad.
