Dr. Sean Darling is a member of the MPPGA teaching faculty. He has over 28 years’ experience in the BC public service having worked in seventeen progressively senior positions from Research Officer to Executive Director across ten government agencies. Sean has been working for the past decade facilitating major investments in BC involving investors from across the globe. Facilitation has involved all aspects of private sector/public sector interaction across diverse sectors of the economy. His work includes assisting investors in understanding the policy and regulatory difference between their home jurisdiction and British Columbia.

Sean is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Victoria and teaches graduate and undergraduate classes in the Gustavson School of Business, the Department of Political Science, and the School of Public Administration.
