A panel of experts will gather to discuss the issues around the international dispute over the South China Sea. This event features a presentation by Justice Antonio T. Carpio, Senior Associate Justice of the Philippines Supreme Court.
What are the implications of China’s recent buildup in these waters? What should the Philippine response be? And how should the rest of Southeast Asia, and the global community respond? Are there hopes for a resolution? Justice Carpio will give his presentation to be followed by expert reactions and a question-and-answer session.
