This talk argues that communications form a crucial part of the response to Covid-19. It considers how South Korea and Canada have communicated around Covid-19, what lessons we can learn from both, and what both tell us about the meaning of democratic health communications. The talk is based on a report about health communications in nine democracies on five continents during Covid-19.
