Speaker Profile:
Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2012. He is currently affiliated with National Chengchi University in Taipei. His research interests include growth and development, macroeconomic theory, industrial organization, corporate finance, and market integration. Dr. Lee has also worked as a Trade Marketing Manager at Unilever. His professional experience informs his research on economic integration, outsourcing, and venture capital. In addition, Dr. Lee supervises graduate and doctoral students, guiding research on resource misallocation, innovation, and industrial dynamics. His mentorship has shaped the academic careers of many emerging economists.
