About the Exhibit:
‘The Story of Seeds,’ explores the human-nature connection through two parts. Old tables and chairs are transformed into flowerpots, symbolizing the importance of valuing trees. Lei Chen’s work traces the journey from seeds to trees, furniture, and back to seeds, creating a circular narrative.
Additionally, Lei encourages her audience to repurpose old shoes as planters for seeds, showcasing ways in which humans and nature can live in harmony.
