Applications have now closed to be considered for the Fall 2017 intake of UBC’s Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs (MPPGA) program. Thank you for your interest and please consider applying next year.
UBC’s MPPGA is a 20-month, full-time professional degree in global public policy offered at UBC Vancouver. Every September, we welcome a new class of students from various disciplines and countries around the world—all of whom share a passion for global change. The MPPGA curriculum combines classes with hands-on training and field work to build core policy skills and offers opportunities for specialization in the second year.
The Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs (MPPGA) program draws on the unique interdisciplinary expertise of the Liu Institute for Global Issues, the Institute of Asian Research, and the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability spanning both the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science.
