Julian Dierkes co-organized a workshop for the Canadian International Resources and Development Institute and the International Cooperation Fund of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. The Workshop focused on “The State’s Role in Large Resource Projects” and brought together participants from Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Myanmar, and Mongolia.
