“It has never been clear whether Iran really wants nuclear weapons. But by yet again rejecting a UN proposal meant to end the nuclear standoff (then following up with mixed signals about its real position and announcing that it would manufacture two new missiles and step up uranium enrichment), Tehran is making it clear that it does not wish to work constructively with the international community. There must be consequences.”
