The School of Public Policy and Global Affairs (SPPGA) warmly welcomes Dr. Zoe Braden as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working with SPPGA Director and Professor Allison Macfarlane at the University of British Columbia.
Zoe’s previous research involves combining a variety of field and analytical techniques to investigate subduction zone dynamics in Alaska and in the Austrian Alps, and mountain-building processes in the Nepalese Himalaya, the Italian Variscan belt, and the Trans-Hudson in the Canadian Arctic.
At the SPPGA, Zoe will be examining Canada’s nuclear waste repository site selection with Dr. Allison Macfarlane.
