WL S18 Finance and Administrative Assistant

The Finance and Administrative Assistant lends vital financial support to the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs (SPPGA) administrative team. Under the direction of the Administrative Coordinators, this position assists with moderately complex financial tasks such as preparing financial documentation, reviewing supporting materials to ensure compliance with University policies, entering data for financial processing submissions, and filing financial forms, reports and supporting materials. The student also compiles and summarizes financial data to assist with the preparation of projections, budgets, and other reports.
