With a rich background in education, Aida brings many years of experience in student support, management, and administration. Passionate about inclusivity and social justice, she firmly believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Her experience spans academic program administration, educational leadership, and student engagement, with roles such as vice principal, head of department, educator, and coordinator. She holds two master’s degree, a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching from Iran, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership from UBC. She loves nature, food, and animals.
