Diamond Isinger is a public policy professional with extensive experience in advocacy, trade and economic policy, and Canada’s engagement with international partners, currently working with corporate and non-profit clients as an independent consultant and strategic advisor. She is also a SPPGA Fellow (2026-2027) and teaches in the MPPGA program.
Prior professional roles include Special Advisor on Canada-U.S. Relations in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada during both Trump administrations and prior Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) negotiations, political advisor to the Minister of International Trade at Global Affairs Canada, and manager or director for public affairs portfolios at policy-oriented organizations.
Diamond brings a strong understanding of how policy is shaped in fast-moving and unpredictable political contexts. She regularly speaks and writes about these interconnected challenges and their effects on Canadians, including on-air analysis for major national and international news organizations.
