Yoko Nagao is the Project Manager at the Institute of Asian Research. She oversees and manages the financial operations and research center activities. Before joining UBC, Yoko worked in the private and public sectors, providing trade and business development consultations to Canadian companies looking to enter the Japanese market and vice versa. Yoko holds a B.A. from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies. She is also an avid podcast listener and enjoys her daily NYT’s 7-minute workout during the pandemic.
