MAAPPS student Justin Kwan participated in the Mosaic Taiwan international youth leadership program in Taipei City, Taiwan. The twenty-one day program sponsored by the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ministry of Foreign Affairs introduced participants to the history and culture of Taiwan through sightseeing tours, academic exchanges as well as visits with government officials.
