Robert Greenhill and Jennifer Welsh have launched a report with the aim of kickstarting a major debate on Canada’s strategic choices in a disrupted world. There was great diversity in the group that created the report; Professor Yves Tiberghien (UBC Political Science and SPPGA Faculty Associate) was among them.
