Dr. Bo Chen, a Simon Fraser University-educated, Shanghai-based senior government consultant, will host a seminar at the Institute of Asian Research on Thursday, July 16. In light of undergoing reforms in the Shanghai free trade zone, Chen will share his insight on China’s reforms and economic perspectives.
