The Liu Institute for Global Issues is pleased to welcome a new faculty member to our community, Assistant Professor Nadja Kunz.
Nadja Kunz is an Assistant Professor at the Liu Institute for Global Issues and Norman B Keevil Mining Engineering at the University of British Columbia Vancouver campus. She will be teaching in the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs program. Professor Kunz works at the interface of research and practice to resolve private sector water challenges, with a focus on the mining and resources sector. She obtained her PhD from the Sustainable Minerals Institute (SMI) at The University of Queensland, Australia where she remains an Adjunct Fellow. She also spent two years as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Eawag Aquatic Research Institute in Switzerland.
