The 2023-24 academic year at the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs was marked by interdisciplinary research, innovative educational programs, impactful policy engagement and a range of events fostering meaningful dialogue. The school remains at the forefront of addressing pressing global challenges such as climate change, democratic governance, and Indigenous rights. Our flagship Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs program graduated its eighth cohort in 2024. Through hands-on projects in the Global Policy Project course, students tackled real-world issues ensuring that they are well-equipped to drive positive change.

Convening for Change: SPPGA Events
Every year, SPPGA hosts more than 100 virtual, in-person and hybrid events that foster critical dialogue among students, academics, government, industry, non-profits and the broader community. The 2023-24 academic year saw over 9,800 event attendees.
